Shipping and Returns
Shipping and Returns Policies:
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24-48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We do our absolute best to insure that the product arrives to our customers not damaged.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any major damage please take a picture and contact us immediately.
If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Please note: If a part is mounted or modified, the part is no longer returnable. Both manufacturers, distributors, and tonneaucoversdepot.com are no longer responsible for the part as the part can no longer be resold. Tonneaucoversdepot.com reserves the right to refuse credit on all parts that have been installed and are attempted to be returned.
When Your Order Is Received:
Please make sure you double check the part number and vehicle fitment when ordering and review your confirmation email. If the customer orders the incorrect part they are responsible for shipping the product back to the warehouse the product was originally shipped from. Also, the end customer will not be refunded for original cost of shipping. In good faith, we will do the best we can to make sure the end customer has the best rates to get the product back to us.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 24 hours or later are subject to a $50 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has shipped, the customer is responsible for a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs to and/or from the warehouse to the delivery address.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Tonneau Covers Depot does not accept returns for orders because of customer remorse, customer error or change of mind. For unrepairable problems with the product please call or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will solve this for you immediately.
Emailing or contacting us must be done within 24 hours upon receiving your product. Products must retain their original packaging and pay for return freight.
